*The final 5.3 build is still pending on fixing bugs from issues arising from the bitbake-setup changes. All other changes are now on hold for post release.
*YP 5.3.3 is approved for release.
*We aim to build 5.3 when we have stable builds on the autobulder. Fixes from the changes around MACHINE/DISTRO conflict between conf/env and feature settings broke oe-selftest. The cooker feature change also exposed two existing bitbake *cache issues, particularly with memory resident bitbake. Those fixes merged but the fixes appear to be exposing further problems which are being investigated.
*YP 6.0 M3 is the feature freeze for 6.0 which is our next LTS.
*Other potential changes that have been discussed but don’t have workable patches yet and are not going to block release::

Key Status/Updates:

  • YP 4.0.34 was released.
  • YP 5.3.3 is approved for release.
  • YP 6.0 M3 is the feature freeze for 6.0 which is our next LTS.
  • YP 6.0 M3 is now due to build however there are still key changes missing.
  • Issues still pending:
