Key Status/Updates:
- YP 5.2.3 was released.
- YP 5.0.12 was released.
- YP 5.3 M3 is due to build soon
- We’re at feature freeze for YP 5.3
- We have now updated to the 6.16 linux kernel
- There are clang/llvm performance improvements we plan to merge before building 5.3 (Thanks Ross!)
- We aim to merge bitbake-setup before building 5.3 M3, work is currently being done to migrate the autobuilder to use it.
- This change will mean “poky” as a combo-layer repository will no longer be needed or updated.
- Patch merging is continuing as long as the risk for the changes are low
- There are a couple of open Yocto Project positions which we’re in the process of advertising:
