The number of GUIs in the Yocto Project is growing slowly but surely (the layer index, the error reporting tool, the recipe reporting system, Toaster). If you want to be involved in any of those, it really pays off to work with a designer.

Designers are not decorators: their job is to help you deal with the GUI madness without dying in the process, making sure you build the simplest possible thing, in the fastest possible way.

This short presentation explains how to get designers involved in your bugs / features.
