Cron job to pull new data from mitre and populate the database.

Database contains every CVE. New CVEs in pending state to start with. If not relevant to yocto, mark NA and disappears. On review, each release is independently handled. Mark as vulnerable, or mitigated with a reference (update, backport, whatever).
