| Regarding the SWAT and the Autobuilder notification emails:

| It is understandable that the SWAT was coming from a situation where it seemed short of resources and the shift was perceived long but this, as a responsibility group, would work better with perhaps no more than 5/6 engineers. The 1 or 2 weeks are really more a thing to try and see what works best between that group.

| Also, when the AB emails work, the TO should include the SWAT team and the SWAT engineer in turn should have a response time of less than half a day, otherwise the other SWAT members can poke him/her to route such issue.

| 1. It's been long since the AB mails do not work, what can we do to get those working?

| 2. SWAT was reduced from 2 weeks to 1 and people was added to the SWAT, in our opinion, 1 week is perhaps short and the number of people is arguably larger than optimal.
